Dried pasta with added vegetable proteins, which needs to be heat-treated according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

The product meets the requirements of the Act Regulating the Sanitary Suitability of Foodstuffs, Products and Materials Coming into Contact with Foodstuffs (Official Gazette of the RS 52/2000) and all relevant implementing regulations, Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004, Rules on the quality of cereal products (Official Gazette of the RS 1/2014), item 4.1.4 of the Guidelines for the microbiological safety of foodstuffs intended for the end consumer, and Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers.
1.3 Product Description
When cooked, the product has the characteristic smell and taste of pasta with a characteristic touch of legumes.
2 Ingredients
Durum wheat semolina, pea protein (40 %), water. May contain traces of eggs. Up to 13.5 % water.
3 Product Storage, Transport, Distribution, and Date of Minimum Durability
A dry and cool place (room temperature) should be used for storage, transport, and distribution. Exposure to direct sunlight is not recommended. Minimum durability: 18 months.
4 Instructions for Preparation
In ten times the amount of salted water (5 g of salt per litre), cook the pasta al dente, 5-6 minutes. The product is suitable for the generally healthy population of consumers. Vulnerable groups (children, the elderly, pregnant women, people with a weakened immune system, people with allergic reactions or special dietary requirements) should read the indications on the product with care.
